Our First *Family* Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our very first family vacation! We went to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, with some dear friends from college. Who knew there was so much to do there! We stayed busy all week long. I think we did everything there was to do. We shopped, played putt-putt, rode go-carts, and ate. We also visited the Titanic attraction, Ripley's Aquarium, Hollywood Wax Museum, Apple Barn, and we ate. We went to Cades Coves and the Bass Pro Shop, and then we ate. Are you getting the idea here? LOL! We did discover a new restaurant you need to visit if you are up that way-Blue Moose Burgers and Wings. It was a nice little change in menu. We highly recommend it! I wish I had more pics to show, but I discovered it is REALLY hard to take pics and lug everything for a one year-old. All in all, it was a nice little getaway. We are already thinking about destinations for next year! Any ideas?

  1. I'm glad we got to see you guys in the Smokies! How was the Titanic attraction? I wanted to do that one, but we ran out of time.

Logan would probably enjoy the beach by next year. (that is if the oil hasn't ruined it) Destin has always been one of our favorite spots. The girls love the water and sand!
